By accessing or using MotoPlace.my ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform. MotoPlace.my is owned and operated by MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. (202401027035).
MotoPlace.my is an online classified advertising platform that allows users to list, browse and respond to advertisements for motorcycles, accessories and related products in Malaysia. MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We provide the platform only and do not verify the accuracy of any listing.
You must register for an account to post listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not create accounts for others without their permission. MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All listings must be for legitimate motorcycles, parts or accessories. You must own or have the right to sell the item listed. Listings must include accurate descriptions, prices and photos. You must not list stolen, illegal or impounded vehicles. You must not post duplicate listings for the same item. Free users are limited to 2 active listings at a time. Listings are active for 60 days and may be reposted thereafter.
The following content is strictly prohibited on MotoPlace.my: (a) Nudity, pornographic or sexually explicit material; (b) Violence, gore or disturbing imagery; (c) Hate speech, discrimination or harassment; (d) Fraudulent, misleading or deceptive listings; (e) Stolen or illegally obtained vehicles or parts; (f) Content that infringes intellectual property rights; (g) Spam, phishing or malicious content; (h) Any content that violates Malaysian law. MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.
All images uploaded to the Platform must be directly related to the item being sold. Images must not contain nudity, explicit content, violence or any material that violates these Terms. By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights to those images and that they comply with our content policy. MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to remove any images that violate this policy. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
MotoPlace.my is a listing platform only. MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. does not verify the identity of users, the accuracy of listings, or the condition of items listed. We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, losses or damages arising from dealings between users on this Platform. Users transact entirely at their own risk. We strongly advise all users to meet in safe public locations, verify all vehicle documents (JPJ, grant, roadtax) before payment, and never transfer full payment without inspecting the item.
All content on MotoPlace.my, including but not limited to the logo, design, text and software, is the property of MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
If you encounter any listing or content that violates these Terms, please report it immediately to hello@motoplace.my. Include the listing URL and a description of the violation. We will review all reports within 3 business days and take appropriate action.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
MotoPlace Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
